About Balance Studios
We are Jackson's longest running Pilates studio, offering private and semi-private Pilates instruction by expert instructors. As Jackson’s only studio with all classically trained instructors, we have extensive experience in working with injuries, knee & hip replacements, as well as spinal & neurological conditions. We work with all ages and all abilities - from the Pilates novice, to seasoned professional athletes. We are a small boutique studio, offering private & semi-private sessions. This enables us to taylor your sessions to your specific needs.
