We have been enjoying our new home on Main St. next to Roots, and co-share the space with the Teton Yoga Co-op. They are not a part of Balance Studios, but offer classes in our space. We will still be offering Jen's Sunday Yoga classes at 4:30pm. In addition, if you're interested in taking Pilates classes and have never taken a Pilates apparatus class before, a private is required before signing up. And please check us out on Facebook and like our page if you're interested in keeping up with the studio, as we post the monthly schedule and happenings on there, as well.

How? Visit our MindBody Online Schedule and register in-advance, here (Please bring payment to class, as we only accept cash or check). Make sure that you click on the "Classes" Tab to see the schedule. You may do this up to 1 hour before class.
Why? Many Pilates and yoga studios follow this practice, and we are hoping to encourage clients to commit to their workout.
Class Descriptions: (All classes other than Pilates & Barre are taught by private contractors & have no affiliation with Balance Studios)
These classes use Pilates apparatus (Reformer, Tower, & Chair) as well as mat exercises, to strengthen and lengthen muscles using the control of the breath and powerhouse. Pilates is for anyone! Exercises are geared to your level and ability. Clients include anyone from the perfectly fit, to those with knee, back, hip, and neurological issues. Please contact Kari BEFORE coming to class. Yoga Flow (not a Balance Studios class) (CURRENTLY ON-HOLD FOR THE SUMMER)
This class will help you with your athletic pursuits by focusing on alignment & core strength. You'll gain flexibility and stamina, and enjoy unwinding from your day. Restorative Yoga (not a Balance Studios class) (typically held once per month)
Classes begin with gentle movement, followed by longer restorative postures using props and blankets. This class will help you to slow down from the frenetic pace of life and hit the reset button.
